Mission: Breaking the cycle of generational poverty, exclusion, and systemic adversity for youth and adults in underfunded communities.
Experience: Pioneers in innovative programs providing emotional, mental health, and education support services for over 33 years.
Program Background: Unlocking Futures addresses the college persistence statistics and the readiness gap documented in Bronx youth entering college or trade school. Our approach bridges the incongruence between their self-worth and true potential, instilling the understanding that they are entitled to the same opportunities as anyone else. Disturbing statistics highlight the challenges faced by Bronx students, and Unlocking Futures is
committed to breaking these barriers.
